Press Release: Who m.i.?
Catch the last drop of summer with m.i. at the 5th annual Kitchen Neighborhood Street Fair. Before grabbing the back-packs and packing up the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, step into our world of make-believe with the "Who m.i." project. Join us to make finger puppets with personality. Be someone else on all ten fingers! Saturday, September 13, 2-5 pm
m.i. m.i. is an art and design house, specializing in the production of fine decoratives, accessories, fashions, and mixed-media and photographic fine art objects. The m.i. philosophy focuses on style, not necessarily on product sector, allowing m.i. to offer a diverse range of products that can be used to compose individual style, both in fashion and in the home or office. The "Who m.i." Project in The Kitchen m.i. encourages creativity on all scales. The "Who m.i." Project is a long-term exploration of the concept of the face primarily through images. The Project, in its partnership with The Kitchen, is an exploration of personality in miniature. The scale of the art project is appropriate for younger children, as young as 5. Using a variety of materials and combination of colors and textures, children will create imaginary characters. Through role-playing and modeling, children are encouraged to add voice and motion to develop complex characters. Please visit our website at www.mi-xology.com or e-mail us at contact@mi-xology.com
